Hello, I am a tourist that is looking forward to visit Germany soon. For convenience, I have purchased a deutschlandticket via MVV-app. I have heard canceling the subscription is necessary, or otherwise a ticket for the following month will be automatically paid. However, I received an email that my subscription was cancelled even though I did nothing. Are the terms changed or should I do something else to cancel? This is the email I received.
