Laat staan een gravel- of mountainbiker. Mocht je een steekproef doen bij de gemiddelde wielerliefhebber, kom je wellicht uit bij 1 op de 2 met fietsbel. Het verkeersreglement is nochtans duidelijk: \u00e9lke fiets moet \u00e1ltijd uitgerust zijn met een bel.
