I discovered clear inconsistencies in their own damage report. The \u201cdamaged tire\u201d shown was a studless winter tire marked with a \u201cW\u201d and had a completely different tread pattern, while the car I rented had normal tires without that marking. Even the tread designs did not match at all. Using such obviously incorrect evidence to charge customers is honestly frightening.<\/p>\n<p>Schreckliche und furchtbare Erfahrung!<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde gef\u00e4lschte bzw. nicht stimmige Beweise verwendet, um mir Sch\u00e4den in Rechnung zu stellen. Ich habe klare Widerspr\u00fcche im eigenen Schadensbericht entdeckt. Der angeblich besch\u00e4digte Reifen war ein studenloser Winterreifen mit einem \u201eW\u201c und einem v\u00f6llig anderen Profil, w\u00e4hrend das von mir gemietete Auto normale Reifen ohne diese Kennzeichnung hatte. Sogar die Reifenprofile stimmten \u00fcberhaupt nicht \u00fcberein.
