My grandfather was Lithuanian and came to the U.S. during WW2. When I was very young (2-3 years old), he used to bounce me on his knee and sing a rhyme that I can’t seem to find on the internet.

I don’t speak Lithuanian at all, but it sounded like “pallow kally yo yo, lowka is today oh” and then he’d say something else and lift me in the air and then bring me back down. It was short (maybe 4-5 verses/sentences) and it rhymed. Pardon my ignorance, I’m just trying to learn.

Edit: it has been solved. The song my grandpa used to sing was a portion of this song starting around the 48 second mark.
