Dans ce deux-pièces contemporain de 49m2, les couleurs contrastées transforment des volumes banals en intérieur à la personnalité certaine. Installé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble brutaliste, cet appartement a été repensé par le bureau Y+S. Le projet répond aux attentes d’un jeune propriétaire, pour qui il s’agissait d’un premier achat. Le budget limité a guidé des choix précis, privilégiant fonctionnalité et modernité. La cuisine a été ouverte sur le séjour et l’entrée, optimisant chaque mètre carré disponible. Les murs gris servent de toile de fond neutre mariés à des textiles au tons kakis. Le chêne clair du mobilier et du sol dialoguent avec la cuisine noire graphique.
L’ambiance générale s’inspire d’un paysage d’automne, entre lumière diffuse et couleurs de la nature. La chambre devient le point focal, habillée d’une teinte terre cuite énergisante. Cette couleur chaude réveille l’espace et dynamise les petits matins. Le mobilier, compact et élégant, respecte les volumes sans jamais les alourdir. Une partie de la chambre accueille également un dressing discret, tandis que la salle de bain conserve le même style sobre et masculin. In this contemporary, 49m2 one-bedroom apartment, contrasting colours transform ordinary spaces into interiors with a distinct personality. Located on the ground floor of a brutalist building, this apartment was redesigned by the Y+S studio. The project meets the expectations of a young owner, for whom this was their first purchase. The limited budget guided specific choices, favouring functionality and modernity. Its kitchen has been opened up to the living room and entrance hall, optimising every available square metre. Its grey walls serve as a neutral backdrop, complemented by khaki-toned textiles. The light oak of the furniture and flooring contrasts with the graphic black kitchen.
The overall atmosphere is inspired by an autumn landscape, with diffused light and natural colours. Its bedroom becomes the focal point, decorated in an energising terracotta shade. This warm colour awakens the space and and lifts your spirits in the early morning. The compact and elegant furniture respects the volumes without ever weighing them down. Part of the bedroom also houses a discreet dressing room, while the bathroom retains the same sober and masculine style.
