volont\u00e9, sucr\u00e9 et sal\u00e9, chaud et froid,<\/strong> et il coche toutes les cases de ce que l\u2019on attend <strong>d\u2019un brunch de comp\u00e9tition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le cadre du restaurant et <strong>sa vue \u00e0 180\u00b0 sur Strasbourg sont impressionnants<\/strong>, il y a de la diversit\u00e9 (le mot est faible), et surtout : <strong>tout est fait maison<\/strong>, petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong>, on a : kougelhopf aux amandes, pains artisanaux en pagaille,<strong> c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner en fanfare,<\/strong> pancakes, pain perdu et <strong>viennoiseries \u00e0 gogo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On accompagne \u00e9videmment \u00e7a par<strong> un jus frais press\u00e9 devant nous au bar \u00e0 jus o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut imaginer des dizaines de recettes<\/strong>. Hu\u00eetres, crevettes et bulots, crabes, bigorneaux et langoustines ; <strong>on vous a dit qu\u2019on \u00e9tait sur un brunch d\u2019exception ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 buffet froid, <strong>c\u2019est bruschetta au ch\u00e8vre frais, fraise, basilic et balsamique<\/strong> ;
