Manger sous 50\u00b0C\u2009\u00bb<\/b> arrive bient\u00f4t \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/lille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lille<\/a> (Nord).\u00a0L\u2019<b>association La Communaut\u00e9 \u00c9cotable<\/b> (s\u0153ur associative de l\u2019entreprise \u00c9cotable) a lanc\u00e9 un concept original qui parcourt la France.<b>\u00a0<\/b>Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paris<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/marseille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marseille<\/a>, c\u2019est donc au tour de <b>Lille<\/b> d\u2019accueillir cet <b>\u00e9v\u00e9nement singulier, tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir.<\/b> Il se tiendra le samedi 24\u00a0mai 2025, \u00e0 <b>Chaud Bouillon <\/b>pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, haut lieu de la cuisine et de l\u2019alimentation \u00e0 Fives-Cail.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qui nous attend \u00e0 ce rendez-vous\u2009?<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u2009Dans une r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 la fois limitative et adaptative, des<b> professionnel.le.s de la restauration<\/b> concoctent des<b> journ\u00e9es d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 notre avenir\u00a0culinaire <\/b>sous<b> contraintes climatiques<\/b>. Mod\u00e9ration\u2009: Aline Archelin (Sublimeurs),<\/li>\n<li>De 12h30 \u00e0 14h30\u2009: d\u00e9jeuner slow futuriste imagin\u00e9 et cuisin\u00e9 par \u00c9douard Chouteau (La Laiterie), Josepha Bodart (Trinquette) et Quentin Lehut (L\u2019archineur chez Chaud Bouillon) en lien avec l\u2019incubateur Baluchon,<\/li>\n<li>De 14h30 \u00e0 16h\u2009: atelier boissons low tech\u2009: \u201csodas\u201d maison. D\u00e9couvrir les bases de la fermentation avec deux recettes simples, rafra\u00eechissantes et savoureuses\u2009: un k\u00e9fir de fruit traditionnel et un sirop cru ferment\u00e9 fraise rhubarbe,<\/li>\n<li>De 16h30 \u00e0 19h\u2009: atelier ap\u00e9ro de demain.
