Lyon People passe \u00e0 table avec les chefs \u00ab Saveurs de l\u2019Ain \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/01_LYON-PEOPLE-SAVEUR-DE-LAIN_AM.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"01_LYON PEOPLE SAVEUR DE L\u2019AIN_AM\"   class=\"wp-image-159602\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Photos \u00a9 Alexandre Moulard pour Lyon People<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Texte\u00a0: Marco Polisson \u2013 <\/strong>Dix ans apr\u00e8s le vernissage de notre magazine d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la Dombes, la r\u00e9daction de Lyon People retrouvait non sans plaisir le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Ain pour le lancement du dossier sp\u00e9cial \u00ab\u00a0Table remarquable, Saveurs de l\u2019Ain\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Juin 2015, le soleil se couche sur les Echets, alors que 200 personnes ont investi le restaurant de <strong>Christophe Marguin<\/strong> pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer autour du pr\u00e9sident du 01 <strong>Damien Abad<\/strong> et de <strong>Rachel Mazuir<\/strong>, son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, la publication d\u2019un collector Lyon People de 200 pages consacr\u00e9es aux richesses patrimoniales et gastronomiques dombistes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyonpeople.com\/?attachment_id=159599\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-159599 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy lazy-hidden alignnone size-full wp-image-159599\" data-lazy-type=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/03_LYON-PEOPLE-SAVEUR-DE-LAIN_Georges-Blanc.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai 2025, c\u2019est sous les dorures de la magnifique brasserie \u00ab\u00a0Le Fran\u00e7ais\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Bourg en Bresse que notre \u00e9dition consacr\u00e9e aux \u00ab\u00a0Tables remarquables \u2013 Saveurs de l\u2019Ain\u00a0\u00bb, est f\u00eat\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de son directeur <strong>Christophe Feillens<\/strong>, des chefs et restaurateurs ayant eu le flair d\u2019adopter ce label gourmand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une soir\u00e9e conviviale organis\u00e9e par <strong>Emmanuel Visentin<\/strong>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Ain Tourisme, en pr\u00e9sence de son pr\u00e9sident Damien Abad, du pr\u00e9sident du D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Ain, <strong>Jean Deguerry<\/strong> et du pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre d\u2019Agriculture, <strong>Michel Joux<\/strong>. Avec la complicit\u00e9 de <strong>Pierre<\/strong> et <strong>Edouard Ramboz<\/strong>, patrons du Fran\u00e7ais que nous remercions pour leur chaleureux accueil.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyonpeople.com\/?attachment_id=159600\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-159600 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy lazy-hidden alignnone size-full wp-image-159600\" data-lazy-type=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/05-Lyon-People-saveurs-de-lain.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"714\" height=\"900\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec, bien entendu, au milieu des convives, la figure tut\u00e9laire du chef <strong>Georges Blanc<\/strong>, en grande forme pour nous distiller \u2013 sous le sceau du secret \u2013 entre les asperges et le poulet de Bresse grill\u00e9, ses savoureuses confidences sur le guide rouge (de honte). Mais nous ne pouvons vous les d\u00e9voiler\u00a0: tout ce qui est au Fran\u00e7aisreste au Fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un grand merci aux \u00e9quipes d\u2019Ain Tourisme (<strong>Florence Bereziat<\/strong>, <strong>St\u00e9phanie Luquin<\/strong>), \u00e0 l\u2019association Saveurs de l\u2019Ain et \u00e0 nos r\u00e9dacteurs <strong>Odile Mattei<\/strong>, <strong>Philippe Lecoq<\/strong> et <strong>Christian Mure<\/strong> pour cette \u00e9dition que nous allons tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t dupliquer sur internet et nos r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyonpeople.com\/?attachment_id=159601\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-159601 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy lazy-hidden alignnone size-full wp-image-159601\" data-lazy-type=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/07-saveurs-de-lain.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saveurs de l\u2019Ain\u00ae kesaco\u00a0? <\/strong><br \/>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est plus qu\u2019un logo sur une \u00e9tiquette, c\u2019est une d\u00e9claration d\u2019amour au terroir. Saveurs de l\u2019Ain\u00ae, c\u2019est une marque, oui,\u00a0mais surtout un pacte entre ceux qui produisent, transforment, cuisinent ou subliment ce que la terre de l\u2019Ain offre de meilleur. Des fromagers aux chefs, des vignerons aux bouchers, tous ont cette obsession : faire simple, faire bon, faire vrai. C\u2019est du go\u00fbt local, intense, parfois brut, souvent r\u00e9confortant.
