La 9e\u00a0 \u00e9dition du Lyon street food festival s\u2019annonce caliente \u00a0!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>  Un jour de plus<\/p>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le festival commencera d\u00e8s le mercredi soir, et s\u2019\u00e9talera sur cinq jours (jusqu\u2019au dimanche), aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leprogres.fr\/culture-loisirs\/2024\/04\/13\/les-grandes-locos-prennent-un-nouveau-depart-culturel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grandes Locos d\u2019Oullins-La Mulati\u00e8re<\/a>. De 12\u00a0000 visiteurs lors de sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, il a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leprogres.fr\/magazine-cuisine-et-vins\/2024\/06\/18\/lyon-street-food-festival-un-record-de-visiteurs-et-une-prochaine-edition-deja-en-train-de-mijoter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9pass\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier les 52\u00a0000 festivaliers<\/a>. Les Grandes Locos (plus de 50\u00a0000 m2 ) seront divis\u00e9es en univers\u00a0: Sugar circus, Ecolab, BBQ corner, Vall\u00e9e de la gastronomie, Asia street market, food trucks alley, Beer fest, ateliers, family corner,\u00a0etc.<\/p>\n<p>  130 chefs invit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Des habitu\u00e9s comme nouveaux, de la cuisine du monde en food-trucks aux \u00e9toil\u00e9s. Par exemple\u00a0? Toute une flop\u00e9e d\u2019anciens de l\u2019\u00e9mission Top Chef , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leprogres.fr\/economie\/2023\/08\/24\/leo-troisgros-c-est-au-marche-qu-on-trouve-l-inspiration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u00e9o Troisgros<\/a> et Lisa Roche, Thomas Lorival et Franck Derouet (du triple \u00e9toil\u00e9 Clos des Sens \u00e0 Annecy), Jana Lai (Australienne, premi\u00e8re femme \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la coupe du monde de p\u00e2tisserie), Pierre Sang, Florent Ladeyn, Vivien Durand\u2026<\/p>\n<p>  Br\u00e9sil et Irlande<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, deux pays\/destinations culinaires sont \u00e0 l\u2019honneur\u00a0: le Br\u00e9sil et l\u2019Irlande. Avec des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s culinaires mais aussi de la musique, des ateliers, dans traditionnelles\u2026 Nouveaut\u00e9\u00a0: des street-artistes seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des fresques en live.<\/p>\n<p>  Musique\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>La musique reste un \u00e9l\u00e9ment phare du festival. Outre les talents suivis par le Ninkasi Musik Lab, chaque jour a son line-up\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leprogres.fr\/culture-loisirs\/2023\/06\/18\/philippe-etchebest-rock-star-du-lyon-street-food-festival\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philippe Etchebest revient avec son groupe<\/a> , Chef &amp; the gang, pour l\u2019ouverture, mais aussi FFF, groupe culte des ann\u00e9es 1990, Kiddy Smile, ic\u00f4ne du voguing, Radical Ronron\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">Lyon street food festival, du 25 au 29\u00a0juin.
