FALLON )<\/p>\n<p>\n En avril, 4,00 millions de maisons et appartements ont chang\u00e9 de propri\u00e9taire, en rythme annualis\u00e9 &#8211; une projection des ventes sur l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 ce rythme -, soit une baisse de 0,5% par rapport \u00e0 mars et de 2,00% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n Ces chiffres sont n\u00e9anmoins inf\u00e9rieurs aux attentes des march\u00e9s qui tablaient sur 4,13 millions de logements revendus, selon le consensus publi\u00e9 par MarketWatch.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n \u00ab\u00a0Ce n&rsquo;est pas un bon d\u00e9but pour la saison des achats de printemps\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Lawrence Yun, \u00e9conomiste en chef de la NAR, lors d&rsquo;un point presse, ajoutant que les chiffres d&rsquo;avril \u00e9taient les plus faibles depuis 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n \u00ab\u00a0Les conditions d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 nuisent clairement au march\u00e9, en particulier les taux hypoth\u00e9caires \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Yun.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n Les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des cr\u00e9dits immobiliers sur 30 ans, les plus populaires aux Etats-Unis, restent toujours \u00e9lev\u00e9s, en moyenne \u00e0 6,81% au 15 mai, selon l&rsquo;agence de refinancement Freddie Mac.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n L&rsquo;inventaire augmente (+20,8% sur un an), avec 1,45 million d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la vente.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n Les demandes de pr\u00eats immobiliers ont diminu\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re, selon Bob Broeksmit, pr\u00e9sident de la Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), qui a invoqu\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;incertitude persistante sur les march\u00e9s financiers\u00a0\u00bb, selon un communiqu\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n \u00ab\u00a0La MBA s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 ce que les taux hypoth\u00e9caires restent volatils, mais dans la m\u00eame fourchette \u00e9troite de 6,6% \u00e0 7% dans les mois \u00e0 venir\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
