Mais ces substances aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s si recherch\u00e9es pourraient aussi avoir des effets n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9. Une corr\u00e9lation encore fragile, qui n\u00e9cessite d\u2019\u00eatre confirm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Pendant un peu plus de sept ans, des scientifiques du Centre de recherche en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie nutritionnelle ont suivi 108\u00a0000 adultes fran\u00e7ais participant \u00e0 la fameuse cohorte NutriNet-Sant\u00e9.
