Sur les trois lots attribu\u00e9s mardi par IDFM (\u00cele-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s, l\u2019organisateur des transports), le groupe public, qui avait le monopole sur cette activit\u00e9,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/societes\/ouverture-des-bus-de-la-petite-couronne-parisienne-a-la-concurrence-la-ratp-et-keolis-vainqueurs-20241025\" target=\"_blank\" data-fig-type=\"Article\" rel=\"noopener\" data-gtm-custom-categorie=\"navigation\" data-gtm-custom-action=\"crossclick\" data-gtm-custom-label=\"Contextuel\" data-gtm-event=\"customEventSPE\" data-fig-domain=\"LEFIGARO\">n\u2019en a gagn\u00e9 qu\u2019un<\/a>. Transdev en a remport\u00e9 un autre. Et l\u2019op\u00e9rateur italien ATM a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu \u00e0 la surprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour exploiter le troisi\u00e8me. Pour que ces choix soient d\u00e9finitifs, ils doivent \u00eatre valid\u00e9s par le conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019IDFM le 10\u00a0avril. Mais on voit mal cette instance remettre en cause le classement des offres op\u00e9r\u00e9 par ses experts.<\/p>\n<p>Une performance en demi-teinte<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Depuis l\u2019attribution des premiers lots, la RATP en a remport\u00e9 trois sur six. Une performance en demi-teinte\u00a0: sur les TER\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/secteur\/high-tech\/transports-le-regulateur-encourage-l-ouverture-a-la-concurrence-20240924\" target=\"_blank\" data-fig-type=\"Article\" rel=\"noopener\" data-gtm-custom-categorie=\"navigation\" data-gtm-custom-action=\"crossclick\" data-gtm-custom-label=\"Contextuel\" data-gtm-event=\"customEventSPE\" data-fig-domain=\"LEFIGARO\">soumis aussi \u00e0 la concurrence<\/a>, la SNCF fait mieux avec quatre lots sur sept remport\u00e9s pour le moment. Le revers subi par la RATP mardi n\u2019est pas anecdotique vu la taille des lots. Le march\u00e9 que Transdev a remport\u00e9 concerne 19\u00a0lignes sur les 400 que comprend le r\u00e9seau de bus parisiens et en proche couronne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Elles desservent neuf arrondissements de Paris et une partie de la Seine-Saint-Denis. Le contrat d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 8\u00a0ans s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 100\u00a0millions d\u2019euros par an. Il doit d\u00e9buter le 1er\u00a0mai 2026. Avant cela, il faudra effectuer le transfert de 1850\u00a0salari\u00e9s de la RATP qui passeront\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/societes\/thierry-mallet-pdg-de-transdev-il-faut-un-choc-d-offre-de-transport-en-peripherie-20250126\" target=\"_blank\" data-fig-type=\"Article\" rel=\"noopener\" data-gtm-custom-categorie=\"navigation\" data-gtm-custom-action=\"crossclick\" data-gtm-custom-label=\"Contextuel\" data-gtm-event=\"customEventSPE\" data-fig-domain=\"LEFIGARO\">sous pavillon Transdev<\/a>. Mais si la RATP a perdu une bataille, elle n\u2019a pas perdu la guerre. Il reste encore six autres lots \u00e0 attribuer d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Deux le seront d\u00e8s juillet.
