Autrement dit, \u00ab<strong>\u2009une cuisine du march\u00e9, du moment<\/strong>\u2009\u00bb. En bref, \u00ab<strong>\u2009une cuisine simple et bonne<\/strong>\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u2009Ce sera une <strong>cuisine de terroir pas mal branch\u00e9e sur le bio<\/strong>\u2009\u00bb, ajoute Richard Meyer de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Rimea, l\u2019entreprise derri\u00e8re le projet de d\u00e9molition-reconstruction du bowling de l\u2019Orangerie. \u00ab<strong>\u2009Si on peut se procurer les l\u00e9gumes dans la r\u00e9gion, on le fera<\/strong>\u2009\u00bb, promet M. Meyer qui, lui-m\u00eame, d\u00e9tient \u00ab\u2009un petit domaine viticole en Catalogne\u2009\u00bb o\u00f9 il pratique la <strong>biodynamie<\/strong>, une m\u00e9thode d\u2019agriculture \u00e9cologique qui int\u00e8gre les rythmes lunaires et des pr\u00e9parations naturelles.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Richard Meyer pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019il y aura une <strong>offre v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vid\u00e9os : en ce moment sur ActuProbablement un menu affaires entre 15 et 20\u00a0\u20ac<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Au niveau des prix, M. Meyer annonce \u00ab<strong>\u2009des plats entre 15\u00a0\u20ac et 40\u00a0\u20ac<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, M.
