Finalement, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a trouv\u00e9 un repreneur.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00eame nom, le m\u00eame concept<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\"><strong>St\u00e9phane Novick,<\/strong> bien connu dans le milieu de la restauration, \u00e0 la t\u00eate de plusieurs restaurants \u00e0 Dieppe et Rouen, est devenu<strong> le nouveau propri\u00e9taire de La Walsheim<\/strong>, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 76actu, venant confirmer une information de nos confr\u00e8res <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francebleu.fr\/infos\/economie-social\/le-dieppois-stephane-novick-reprend-le-restaurant-rouennais-la-walsheim-a-rouen-4019549\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">d\u2019Ici Normandie.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Concernant l\u2019avenir de La Walsheim, \u00ab\u2009il est pr\u00e9vu que l\u2019on garde le m\u00eame nom et le m\u00eame concept\u2009\u00bb, r\u00e9sume simplement le restaurateur.
