Bien \u00e9videmment, il existe aussi plusieurs sortes d&rsquo;AVC et \u00ab\u00a0les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux li\u00e9s au cholest\u00e9rol sont ceux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de plaques d&rsquo;ath\u00e9rome dans les vaisseaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 alimenter le cerveau\u00a0\u00bb, explique le Dr Sophie Bauer, chirurgien thoracique et cardiovasculaire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parismatch.be\/lifestyle\/food\/2024\/11\/18\/appele-reine-des-noix-cet-oleagineux-est-parfait-pour-reduire-le-cholesterol-B2ZQ4QM3WZEITCLFTIDBCO6IJM\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb\">Appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0reine des noix\u00a0\u00bb, cet ol\u00e9agineux est parfait pour r\u00e9duire le cholest\u00e9rol<\/a>Le taux de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Il y aurait ainsi un taux de LDL cholest\u00e9rol \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une AVC. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de cardiologie (ESC) recommande ainsi d&rsquo;avoir un LDL cholest\u00e9rol inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 gramme pour litre de sang afin de r\u00e9duire le risque cardiovasculaire. Mais l&rsquo;experte va encore plus loin. \u00ab\u00a0Id\u00e9alement, le taux de cholest\u00e9rol LDL doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,7 voire 0,5 gramme par litre de sang\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Pour surveiller son taux de cholest\u00e9rol, la prise de sang reste le meilleur moyen. Si votre taux de cholest\u00e9rol est \u00e9lev\u00e9, vous devriez alors peut-\u00eatre faire des examens de d\u00e9pistage, comme l&rsquo;\u00e9cho-doppler. Si des plaques d&rsquo;ath\u00e9rome sont visibles apr\u00e8s cet examen, un traitement m\u00e9dical sera indispensable afin de pr\u00e9venir les accidents vasculaires.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parismatch.be\/actualites\/sante\/2025\/02\/20\/attention-si-vous-buvez-beaucoup-de-cafe-depasser-ce-nombre-de-tasses-par-jour-pourrait-augmenter-votre-taux-de-cholesterol-TYJTLLPAXFDSNC3XLEYS422UXU\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb\">Attention si vous buvez beaucoup de caf\u00e9 : d\u00e9passer ce nombre de tasses par jour pourrait augmenter votre taux de cholest\u00e9rol<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Pour \u00e9viter un exc\u00e8s de cholest\u00e9rol, faire attention \u00e0 son alimentation est obligatoire. Certains aliments sont notamment \u00e0 \u00e9viter, comme les fromages gras, la viande rouge, les sauces, la charcuterie, la cr\u00e8me et le beurre.
