Curieux, m\u00eame, comme les tables s\u2019y succ\u00e8dent avec cette bizarrerie suppl\u00e9mentaire qu\u2019il y a souvent un grand cuistot pour s\u2019y froisser le tablier.\u00a0La derni\u00e8re fois, Ducasse\u00a0himself l\u2019espace (mais pas franchement l\u2019instant) d\u2019un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/sortir-paris\/sapid-la-naturalite-d-alain-ducasse-desincarnee-20210928\" data-fig-type=\"Article\" data-gtm-custom-categorie=\"navigation\" data-gtm-custom-action=\"crossclick\" data-gtm-custom-label=\"Contextuel\" data-gtm-event=\"customEventSPE\" data-fig-domain=\"LEFIGARO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sapid<\/a>, \u00ab\u200afast good\u00a0\u00bb assez impersonnel \u00e0 planter la graine, le v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et la l\u00e9gumineuse sans que l\u2019ambiance y pousse jamais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Depuis dix jours, nouvelle donne, nouvelle pomme\u00a0! Cette fois,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/gastronomie\/restaurant-omar-dhiab-a-paris-la-naissance-d-un-grand-chef-20221006\" target=\"_blank\" data-fig-type=\"Article\" rel=\"noopener\" data-gtm-custom-categorie=\"navigation\" data-gtm-custom-action=\"crossclick\" data-gtm-custom-label=\"Contextuel\" data-gtm-event=\"customEventSPE\" data-fig-domain=\"LEFIGARO\">Omar Dhiab, grosse r\u00e9v\u00e9lation de ces derni\u00e8res saisons<\/a>\u00a0qui, dans son resto \u00e9ponyme (rue H\u00e9rold, 1er), a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9toile en deux-deux et vite impos\u00e9 la grosse sensation d\u2019une cuisine de personnalit\u00e9. Le voil\u00e0 donc qui lance Elbi. En arabe, cela veut dire \u00ab\u200ac\u0153ur\u00bb. Para\u00eet-il que le jeune chef a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, ici, d\u2019ouvrir le sien.<\/p>\n<p>Fluide un peu glacial<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Pour tout avouer, \u00e0 peine install\u00e9, on s\u2019impatiente d\u00e9j\u00e0 du menu.
