Elle a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une faible qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle des prot\u00e9ines dans l&rsquo;ensemble. \u00ab\u00a0Notre recherche aborde un aspect souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 des barres prot\u00e9in\u00e9es, \u00e0 savoir qu&rsquo;une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en prot\u00e9ines ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement une qualit\u00e9 nutritionnelle \u00e9lev\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, expliquent les chercheurs. Sur le nombre de barres \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, 81 % contiennent assez de prot\u00e9ines pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \u00ab\u00a0riches en prot\u00e9ines\u00a0\u00bb selon les crit\u00e8res utilis\u00e9s. Mais l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des comportements des consommateurs a laiss\u00e9 place, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 des alternatives \u00e0 base de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales telles que les pois et le riz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 que ces compl\u00e9ments alimentaires offrant la meilleure qualit\u00e9 prot\u00e9ique \u00e9taient ceux compos\u00e9s exclusivement de prot\u00e9ines animales. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, les barres 100 % v\u00e9g\u00e9tales affichaient la qualit\u00e9 prot\u00e9ique la plus faible. Ils ont \u00e9galement not\u00e9 que les barres contenant des prot\u00e9ines animales \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus riches en prot\u00e9ines et en fibres, tout en \u00e9tant moins caloriques et moins charg\u00e9es en mati\u00e8res grasses, glucides et sucres.
