En 2024, les compagnies a\u00e9riennes ont commis 13,5 % d\u2019infractions en moins \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation environnementale par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, r\u00e9v\u00e8le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acnusa.fr\/publication-du-rapport-annuel-2025-de-lacnusa-1021\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">le rapport annuel de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le des nuisances a\u00e9roportuaires (Acnusa)<\/a>, publi\u00e9 ce mercredi 11 juin.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, 665 proc\u00e9dures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es contre des compagnies pour des manquements aux r\u00e8gles encadrant la pollution sonore et atmosph\u00e9rique, contre 769 en 2023. Les infractions concernent majoritairement (75 %) la violation des couvre-feux nocturnes, essentiels pour la protection des riverains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nantes en progr\u00e8s, Lyon en recul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette am\u00e9lioration s&rsquo;explique notamment par les efforts r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Nantes-Atlantique, o\u00f9 le respect du couvre-feu s\u2019est nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9. L\u2019Acnusa y a relev\u00e9 127 manquements en 2024, contre 290 en 2023, alors que l\u2019a\u00e9roport avait \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 comme un point noir l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, la situation se d\u00e9grade fortement \u00e0 Lyon-Saint-Exup\u00e9ry : les infractions y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9es par six, passant de 20 \u00e0 123 en un an, apr\u00e8s d\u00e9j\u00e0 un triplement entre 2022 et 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des sanctions importantes malgr\u00e9 une autorit\u00e9 affaiblie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2024, l\u2019Acnusa a inflig\u00e9 plus de six millions d\u2019euros d\u2019amendes, principalement pour des violations de couvre-feux. Au total, 295 sanctions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9es, un chiffre \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter avec prudence : l\u2019autorit\u00e9 a fonctionn\u00e9 au ralenti pendant une grande partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en raison de l\u2019absence de pr\u00e9sident, avant la nomination du pr\u00e9fet Pierre Monzani en d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les compagnies les plus fr\u00e9quemment sanctionn\u00e9es figurent Air Nostrum (Espagne), Aer Lingus (Irlande) et Volotea (Espagne). \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, Air France et Transavia affichent des taux tr\u00e8s bas d\u2019infractions.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les am\u00e9liorations constat\u00e9es, l\u2019Acnusa souligne que le niveau global de manquements reste sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de 2019, derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e avant la pand\u00e9mie, marqu\u00e9e par un trafic record.
