Si, dans la plupart des grandes villes fran\u00e7aises, les prix sont rest\u00e9s relativement stables, quelques disparit\u00e9s locales sont \u00e0 souligner.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfmtv.com\/immobilier\/prix-immobilier\/les-prix-immobiliers-sont-restes-stables-en-mai-mais-ils-baissent-a-strasbourg-et-flambent-a-calais_AN-202506010499.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">barom\u00e8tre mensuel Bien\u2019ici\u2011BFM Business<\/a> \u2014 qui se base sur les prix affich\u00e9s dans les annonces avant n\u00e9gociation* \u2014 23 des 29 villes \u00e9tudi\u00e9es ont enregistr\u00e9 une <strong>variation comprise entre +1\u202f% et \u22121\u202f% en mai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Prix de l\u2019immobilier \u00e0 Strasbourg : une baisse significative en mai<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00c0 Strasbourg, <strong>la baisse est plus significative qu\u2019ailleurs<\/strong>. Les prix d\u2019achat ont reflu\u00e9 de <strong>3,4\u202f%<\/strong> le mois dernier.
