Les travaux de construction de cet \u00e9quipement de 450 places et d&#8217;embellissement de la place Valladolid ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 1,9 M\u20ac HT.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa v\u00e9lostation surplombe le p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique o\u00f9 circulent 40 000 v\u00e9hicules par jour. \u00ab L&rsquo;une des grandes difficult\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 ce voisinage coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 celui des voies de chemin de fer. La halle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e hors site puis mont\u00e9e sur place \u00bb, explique l&rsquo;architecte Simon Delloue de l&rsquo;Atelier MA.<\/p>\n<p>Toiture v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>\nL&rsquo;agence a remport\u00e9 le march\u00e9 de conception-r\u00e9alisation (mandataire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la phase travaux), avec le charpentier Edwood (mandataire lors des travaux), l&rsquo;agence Philippe Thomas, Moduo et K\u00e9vin Faroux. L&rsquo;\u00e9difice de 600 m\u00b2 SP \u00e0 la toiture v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e reprend les codes graphiques de la SNCF avec ses arches et ses arcades.
