SFR \u00e9tait victime ce lundi 16 juin d&rsquo;une panne g\u00e9ante impactant tout le pays et mettant \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat le r\u00e9seau mobile et internet. \u00c0 19 heures ce lundi soir, six heures apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;incident, la situation restait critique, rapporte Frandroid. Ce mardi matin, peu avant 8h, les internautes d\u00e9plorent un r\u00e9seau toujours indisponible.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Retour du r\u00e9seau ce matin ?<\/p>\n<p>Ce mardi matin pourtant, SFR annonce un retour \u00e0 la normale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ensemble des services mobiles qui ont pu \u00eatre impact\u00e9s par l&rsquo;incident d&rsquo;hier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tablis \u00e0 100%. La mobilisation de toutes les \u00e9quipes a permis ce retour progressif des communications dans la soir\u00e9e. Nos techniciens restent attentifs \u00e0 la situation pour assurer une qualit\u00e9 de service optimale sur nos r\u00e9seaux. \u00c0 ses clients, SFR pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 nouveau ses sinc\u00e8res excuses pour la g\u00eane occasionn\u00e9e et les remercie pour leur patience. Visiblement, ce retour \u00e0 la normale est progressif et n&rsquo;est pas encore valable pour tout le monde.
