Une partie non n\u00e9gligeable des 22 millions d&rsquo;abonn\u00e9s a subi une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/societe\/48327078828684\/sfr-en-panne-un-probleme-qui-persiste-pour-certains-clients-un-retour-a-la-normale-esperee-dans-la-soiree\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">panne massive<\/a>. Les utilisateurs l\u00e9s\u00e9s n&rsquo;ont pu ni t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner, ni envoyer des SMS pendant de nombreuses heures. \u00c9taient aussi impact\u00e9s les clients Reb by SFR, ceux de La Poste Mobile, Prixtel, Syma Mobile et YouPrice.\u00a0La situation s&rsquo;est en partie r\u00e9tablie ce mardi 17 juin en d\u00e9but de matin\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quel d\u00e9dommagement possible ?<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une panne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/societe\/48327078828684\/sfr-en-panne-un-probleme-qui-persiste-pour-certains-clients-un-retour-a-la-normale-esperee-dans-la-soiree\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">celle qui s&rsquo;est produite en d\u00e9but de semaine<\/a>, un d\u00e9dommagement financier est possible. Or, chez SFR, il est <strong>propos\u00e9 uniquement en cas d&rsquo;interruption de service sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10% de la dur\u00e9e du mois<\/strong>, soit 72 heures en un mois de 30 jours, ou durant 48 heures cons\u00e9cutives. Ces crit\u00e8res n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas atteints durant la panne de lundi, qui a dur\u00e9 moins de 24 heures, rappelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.fr\/economie-politique\/panne-geante-de-sfr-voici-le-petit-geste-de-loperateur-pour-se-faire-pardonner-1515079\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Capital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la vague d&rsquo;insatisfaction constat\u00e9e, l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur n&rsquo;a toutefois pas souhait\u00e9 rester les bras crois\u00e9s et propose un <strong>geste commercial<\/strong> \u00e0 ses clients. Sur X ce mardi 17 juin, SFR a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0Les abonn\u00e9s mobile SFR et RED by SFR se verront <strong>automatiquement offrir 100Go d&rsquo;Internet mobile <\/strong>ces prochains jours, sans qu&rsquo;aucune d\u00e9marche de leur part ne soit n\u00e9cessaire.\u00a0\u00bb indique en effet SFR, qui a profit\u00e9 de ce nouveau post pour adresser \u00e0 nouveau \u00ab\u00a0ses sinc\u00e8res excuses\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 ses clients et les remercier \u00ab\u00a0pour leur patience\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"12h de paralysie.
