Le principe est simple\u2009: inviter un chef dans <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/normandie\/rouen_76540\/info-76actu-un-mythique-restaurant-de-rouen-et-d-autres-enseignes-ferment-brutalement_62638329.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">un restaurant<\/a> afin qu\u2019il pr\u00e9pare <strong>des recettes de son pays d\u2019origine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trois restaurants partenaires \u00e0 Rouen<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Ce festival, qui pr\u00f4ne <strong>l\u2019insertion des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s par la cuisine<\/strong>, est \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9couvrir des saveurs du monde.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ac-article-quote wall-content\">\n<p>Dans un contexte politique et social de plus en plus polaris\u00e9, o\u00f9 le traitement n\u00e9gatif de l\u2019immigration a pris une ampleur sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, et o\u00f9 le vivre ensemble semble si souvent malmen\u00e9, nous croyons plus que jamais que l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 est une valeur \u00e0 ch\u00e9rir, et \u00e0 \u00e9riger en embl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>Refugee Food Festival<\/strong><br \/>\n        par voie de communiqu\u00e9    <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Au cours du mois de juin\u00a02025, 12 villes fran\u00e7aises sont le terrain de ces rencontres culinaires et culturelles. Du 18 au 20\u00a0juin, c\u2019est donc la ville de Rouen qui accueille les festivit\u00e9s. Trois restaurants y participent.<\/p>\n<ul class=\" wall-content\">\n<li>Le 18\u00a0juin, <strong>Le Bouillon Popote<\/strong> propose un d\u00eener sous le signe de <strong>la cuisine malienne<\/strong>, par Mounir et Kadiatou\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>Les 19 et 20\u00a0juin, la cheffe Guranda investit <strong>le Caf\u00e9 Perdu<\/strong> pour une collaboration in\u00e9dite afin de d\u00e9couvrir <strong>la cuisine g\u00e9orgienne\u2009<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Le 20\u00a0juin, midi et soir, <strong>Le Comptoir Latino<\/strong> ouvre ses portes \u00e0 un dernier chef r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 pour une soir\u00e9e bien sp\u00e9ciale\u2009: \u00ab\u2009On va proposer une fusion entre la cuisine afghane et mexicaine\u2009\u00bb, note Alex Mejia, le g\u00e9rant de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.
