Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9gust\u00e9 un ossetera, un ba\u00efka ou encore un daurenki, les visiteurs peuvent ainsi faire leur choix pour leur d\u00eener \u00e0 venir. Dans un esprit ann\u00e9e 30, les visiteurs p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans un d\u00e9cor feutr\u00e9, rassemblant banquettes cr\u00e8me, bar en marbre, plantes tropicales, pilastres d\u2019origine\u2026 Tandis qu\u2019en cuisine, c\u2019est le chef <strong>Beno\u00eet Darg\u00e8re<\/strong> qui prend la barre. Fa\u00e7on seahouse, poissons, coquillages et crustac\u00e9s y sont travaill\u00e9s sous toutes leurs formes. Du plus classique: en plateaux ultra frais, en version cru: sous forme de c\u00e9viche et autres sashimis, mais aussi savamment dor\u00e9s (homard, sole, turbot\u2026), \u00e9voluant selon les arrivages.
