Voici l\u2019id\u00e9e qui a guid\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation du Tissot de la Varenne, avec lequel Tanesh Thanaratnam a remport\u00e9 la finale r\u00e9gionale de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leparisien.fr\/finistere-29\/le-meilleur-burger-de-france-est-finisterien-quatre-prix-avec-quatre-jurys-differents-cest-juste-dingue-05-04-2025-PVCX274ZUVD2PB7CFNBSP4BLGM.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">la Coupe de France de burger 2025<\/a>. Une belle r\u00e9compense pour le cuisinier de la Station Burger, restaurant qui a ouvert ses portes \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leparisien.fr\/val-d-oise-95\/deuil-la-barre-95170\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Deuil-la-Barre<\/a> en 2020, et dans lequel on pourra d\u00e9couvrir le burger en question, \u00e0 partir de la semaine prochaine. Son prix : 13,90 euros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph text_align_left\">Cette victoire valorise aussi sa philosophie de mettre en valeur des produits frais et le fait maison. Tanesh Thanaratnam a rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe en novembre 2024, apr\u00e8s quinze ans dans la restauration traditionnelle, et un s\u00e9jour d\u2019un an en Angleterre. Un savoir-faire que les responsables de la Station Burger et leur chef ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve en participant \u00e0 ce concours, plac\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me de la bistronomie fran\u00e7aise. \u00ab Nous nous sommes lanc\u00e9s quelques jours avant la cl\u00f4ture des inscriptions \u00bb, glisse le cuisinier.
