Le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.fr\/life\/video\/mory-sacko-livre-ses-5-restaurants-ou-manger-avant-de-mourir_182391.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mory\u00a0Sacko<\/a>\u00a0va rejoindre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.fr\/medias\/article\/radio-france-et-france-tv-appellent-a-une-greve-illimitee-pour-faire-plier-le-gouvernement_251601.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">France Culture<\/a> la saison prochaine pour y tenir une chronique sur la gastronomie chaque dimanche, a annonc\u00e9 ce mardi 24\u00a0juin la radio publique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">Cette courte chronique hebdomadaire sera diffus\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9mission\u00a0Les bonnes choses de Caroline Brou\u00e9 (de 12h \u00e0 12\u00a0h\u00a030 le dimanche).<\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai toujours eu la certitude que la cuisine et la culture \u00e9taient indissociables. Je suis tr\u00e8s heureux de pouvoir illustrer ce propos\u00a0\u00bb, a comment\u00e9\u00a0Mory\u00a0Sacko\u00a0dans un communiqu\u00e9 de France Culture.<\/p>\n<p>    Form\u00e9 chez Thierry Marx et r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en 2019\u00a0par \u00ab\u00a0Top Chef\u00a0\u00bb    <\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">La directrice de la radio, Emelie de Jong, a pour sa part salu\u00e9 un cuisinier \u00ab\u00a0qui allie excellence et accessibilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">\u00c0 32\u00a0ans, Mory\u00a0Sacko\u00a0anime d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission Cuisine ouverte\u00a0sur\u00a0France 3, o\u00f9 il parcourt la France pour revisiter des recettes r\u00e9gionales sur un plateau en ext\u00e9rieur, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019un invit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">Form\u00e9 chez Thierry Marx et dans plusieurs palaces parisiens, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en 2019 par l\u2019\u00e9mission de M6 Top Chef.<\/p>\n<p class=\"asset asset-text\">En 2021, il a re\u00e7u une \u00e9toile Michelin deux mois apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture de son premier restaurant, MoSuke, \u00e0 Paris.
