Et ce sont aussi les chauss\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0les plus d\u00e9grad\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau national\u00a0\u00bb, selon<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccomptes.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/2025-06\/20250624-S2025-0365-Gestion-reseau-routier-de-l%27Etat-en-IDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\"> un rapport de la Cour des comptes<\/a>. La juridiction charg\u00e9e de contr\u00f4ler la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des comptes publics d\u00e9nonce un budget trop limit\u00e9 de l\u2019institution charg\u00e9e de ces routes, la Direction des routes d\u2019\u00cele-de-France (DiRIF), mais aussi un manque de suivi des \u00e9quipes sur le terrain de la part de cette direction et un climat social tendu.<\/p>\n<p>Les infrastructures sont jug\u00e9es vieillissantes, notamment du fait de l\u2019enveloppe budg\u00e9taire &#8211; pr\u00e8s de 170\u00a0millions d\u2019euros &#8211; qui semble insuffisante \u00e0 la cour\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le budget global d\u2019entretien et d\u2019exploitation se situe, en euros courants, au m\u00eame niveau qu\u2019il y a dix ans\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9nonce-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Climat social tendu<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/paris\/4004013-20221006-ile-france-jusqu-5-fois-plus-particules-ultrafines-proximite-axes-routiers\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lutte contre la pollution<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/paris\/4111879-20240925-ile-france-enrobes-phoniques-radars-sonores-region-presente-plan-anti-bruit\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bruit<\/a>, la DiRIF \u00ab\u00a0ne dispose pas toujours des comp\u00e9tences et des donn\u00e9es requises\u00a0\u00bb, pointe la juridiction, alors que le r\u00e9seau n\u00e9cessiterait un \u00ab\u00a0effort de modernisation et de mise aux normes\u00a0\u00bb. Ce n\u2019est pas d\u2019ailleurs que la DiRIF n\u2019intervient pas sur le terrain, au contraire\u00a0: ses interventions sont nombreuses, du fait de la circulation dense et des nombreux accidents qui en d\u00e9coulent. Mais ces interventions \u00ab\u00a0ne font pas l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi suffisant de la part de la direction\u00a0\u00bb, se d\u00e9sole la cour, qui recommande l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un outil num\u00e9rique national que la DiRIF rechignerait \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, elle souffre d\u2019un climat social qui a pu \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0extr\u00eamement tendu\u00a0\u00bb par le pass\u00e9 et le \u00ab\u00a0demeure parfois localement\u00a0\u00bb, notamment en raison de diff\u00e9rences de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration mal comprises entre ses employ\u00e9s.
