{"id":20970,"date":"2025-04-13T00:43:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-13T00:43:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/20970\/"},"modified":"2025-04-13T00:43:09","modified_gmt":"2025-04-13T00:43:09","slug":"certains-melanges-dadditifs-alimentaires-augmentent-les-risques-de-diabete-alertent-les-chercheurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/20970\/","title":{"rendered":"Certains m\u00e9langes d\u2019additifs alimentaires augmentent les risques de diab\u00e8te, alertent les chercheurs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bouillons, sauces, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/soda\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">sodas<\/a>, desserts lact\u00e9s\u2026 Si vous consommez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ces produits ultratransform\u00e9s, prudence\u00a0: une nouvelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/etude\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude<\/a>, parue mardi dans la revue Plos Medicine, d\u00e9montre que certains m\u00e9langes d\u2019additifs pr\u00e9sents dans ces aliments \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9taient associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une incidence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/diabete\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">diab\u00e8te <\/a>de type 2\u00a0\u00bb, <a href=\"https:\/\/presse.inserm.fr\/certains-melanges-dadditifs-alimentaires-retrouves-dans-notre-alimentation-seraient-associes-a-un-risque-accru-de-diabete-de-type2\/70275\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">avertit l\u2019Inserm dans un communiqu\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Cette publication est la premi\u00e8re du genre\u00a0: jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, seul \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019effet individuel de chacune de ces substances a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, explique l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/inserm\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut national de la sant\u00e9 et de la recherche m\u00e9dicale<\/a>, et \u00ab\u00a0aucune ne s\u2019\u00e9tait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019impact possible de leur consommation combin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Des donn\u00e9es issues d\u2019un large \u00e9chantillon<\/p>\n<p>Pour mener leur travail, des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/chercheurs\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">chercheurs<\/a> de l\u2019Inserm, de l\u2019Inrae, de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Sorbonne Paris Nord, de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Paris cit\u00e9 et du Cnam, regroup\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de recherche en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie nutritionnelle (Eren-Cress), ont analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es fournies par plus de 100.000 adultes dans le cadre de NutriNet-Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/sante_publique\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">sant\u00e9 publique<\/a>, \u00e0 laquelle participent plus de 180.000 personnes qui r\u00e9pondent chaque mois \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents questionnaires sur leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/alimentation\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">alimentation<\/a>, leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/activite-physique\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">activit\u00e9 physique<\/a> et leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"color-ultramarine c-link\" rel=\"noopener\">sant\u00e9<\/a>, a servi de base aux scientifiques. Ceux-ci ont ainsi identifi\u00e9 cinq principaux m\u00e9langes d\u2019additifs alimentaires fr\u00e9quemment consomm\u00e9s ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres risques associ\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Parmi eux, deux m\u00e9langes sont associ\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 une incidence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de diab\u00e8te de type 2\u00a0\u00bb. Le premier m\u00e9lange incrimin\u00e9 est celui de plusieurs \u00e9mulsifiants, d\u2019un conservateur et d\u2019un colorant (d\u00e9tails disponibles dans l\u2019\u00e9tude) pr\u00e9sents g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0dans divers aliments industriels ultratransform\u00e9s comme les bouillons, desserts lact\u00e9s, mati\u00e8res grasses et sauces\u00a0\u00bb.
