Une d\u00e9cision qui ne manquera pas de faire r\u00e9agir les riverains et les automobilistes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation, lanc\u00e9e en novembre 2024 pour permettre le passage de la Voie Lyonnaise 12, devient d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous savions que le v\u00e9lo \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 sur cet axe, mais l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation nous a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une infrastructure adapt\u00e9e renforce consid\u00e9rablement cet usage. Beaucoup de personnes nous ont fait part de leur soulagement \u00e0 circuler sur cet axe tr\u00e8s emprunt\u00e9, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et notamment les pi\u00e9tons qui ne partagent d\u00e9sormais plus les trottoirs avec les cyclistes. Nous avons \u00e9galement mis en place diff\u00e9rents am\u00e9nagements dans le quartier afin d\u2019adapter les itin\u00e9raires pour les automobilistes\u00a0\u00bb, a r\u00e9agi la maire du 3e arrondissement de Lyon, Marion Sessiecq.<\/p>\n<p>Les critiques, parfois vives, des opposants \u2014 inquiets pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux h\u00f4pitaux et les reports de circulation dans les rues du 8e ou de Montchat \u2014 n\u2019ont pas infl\u00e9chi la d\u00e9cision. Pour les \u00e9lus, l\u2019enjeu est clair : favoriser les mobilit\u00e9s douces.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019argument principal ? La fr\u00e9quentation cyclable aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9e par dix depuis le d\u00e9but du test.<\/p>\n<p>Des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement compl\u00e9mentaires sont pr\u00e9vus cet automne, notamment au niveau des carrefours. Mais la direction est donn\u00e9e. Pour les \u00e9lus, \u00ab\u00a0changer les habitudes, c\u2019est compliqu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, mais n\u00e9cessaire, au nom de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce maintien du sens unique, contest\u00e9 d\u00e8s l\u2019origine, notamment par les personnels soignants, devrait continuer \u00e0 alimenter la col\u00e8re de certains habitants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On pourra toujours se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital \u00e0 v\u00e9lo cargo.
