Un investissement de 144,5 millions de dollars (123 millions d\u2019euros). Vendredi matin, il a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il mettrait tout en \u0153uvre pour devenir l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9. \u00ab Air France-KLM pr\u00e9voit de porter sa participation au capital de SAS (&#8230;) \u00e0 60,5 %, en acqu\u00e9rant l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des parts d\u00e9tenues par Castlelake et Lind Invest \u00bb, souligne dans un communiqu\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise qui a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Paris. Cette op\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait une surprise\u00a0: cette option figurait dans le contrat sign\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier. Et Air France KLM pouvait l\u2019activer si bon lui semblait. \u00ab Nous faisons cette op\u00e9ration car SAS a r\u00e9ussi son redressement et affiche d\u2019excellentes performances, explique au Figaro le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du groupe, Ben Smith.
