Entre bar \u00e0 cocktails, restaurant intimiste et h\u00f4tel particulier, l\u2019ambiance et le cadre de ce lieu aux allures de speakeasy ne devraient pas vous laisser indiff\u00e9rent(e)s. Bienvenue \u00e0 la Belle \u00c9poque, bienvenue dans un cocon \u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re feutr\u00e9e, bienvenue chez Madame C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 quelques m\u00e8tres de la place du March\u00e9-Gayot,<strong> juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du bar Les Aviateurs<\/strong>, une petite porte est d\u00e9sormais ouverte<strong> au num\u00e9ro 10 de la rue des S\u0153urs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En entrant, on d\u00e9couvre<strong> un \u00e9tablissement hors du temps<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019abri des regards, tout de rouge v\u00eatu.<\/p>\n<p> un autre univers, confidentiel et raffin\u00e9<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s loin de la capitale alsacienne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un retour \u00e0 la Belle \u00c9poque le temps d\u2019une soir\u00e9e<\/strong>, une touche d\u2019h\u00e9donisme, <strong>de la fl\u00e2nerie et de la gourmandise<\/strong>, le tout dans un lieu \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 forte, voici le pari plut\u00f4t os\u00e9 de <a tamis\u00e9es et raffinement, un bar \u00e0 cocktails et son restaurant <\/p>\n<p>Madame C, c\u2019est tout d\u2019abord <strong>un lieu \u00e0 la signature visuelle assum\u00e9e<\/strong>, <strong>un espace de vie autour d\u2019un bar et d\u2019un restaurant<\/strong> d\u00e9cor\u00e9s de tableaux anciens, de lustres d\u2019\u00e9poque et de mobilier chin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Imagin\u00e9 pour que les Strasbourgeois(es) <strong>s\u2019y rendent \u00e0 toute heure<\/strong>, le bar et son resto sont<strong> ouverts en continu, d\u00e8s 7h, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4h du matin<\/strong>. Pas mal pour des ap\u00e9ros sans lendemain.<\/p>\n<p>Entre petits-d\u00e9jeuners, d\u00e9jeuners, afterworks et tabl\u00e9es improvis\u00e9es aux heures perdues, <strong>on peut y manger quelle que l\u2019ombre d\u2019un gigantesque palmier qui tr\u00f4ne dans la cour int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>, on s\u2019installe o\u00f9 bon nous semble pour profiter du lieu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la carte, on retrouve <strong>une cuisine bourgeoise<\/strong>, o\u00f9 le gravlax de saumon, les hu\u00eetres et les finger food au crabe sont \u00e0 l\u2019honneur, mais aussi <strong>des mets plus accessibles<\/strong> comme le tartare de boeuf \u00e0 l\u2019italienne, les asperges vertes \u00e0 la ricotta, o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9paule d\u2019agneau confite.<\/p>\n<p>    <img width=\"800\" des plats : on sent tout de suite que l\u2019\u00e9quipe a mis la barre haute, et que l\u2019<strong>on est dans un lieu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re la vitre, on aper\u00e7oit les bartenders et les mixologues jouer leur plus belle partition de shaker,<strong> c\u2019est l\u2019heure des cocktails.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>                <img width=\"375\"
