Pour autant, cet <strong>\u00e9tablissement 4 \u00e9toiles<\/strong> n\u2019a pas encore ouvert ses portes car son exploitant, le groupe h\u00f4telier Naos, est <strong>en liquidation judiciaire<\/strong>. L\u2019avenir de cet <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/dossier\/nouvelles-adresses-et-restaurants-originaux-notre-guide-des-restos-a-bordeaux_60439618.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">h\u00f4tel-restaurant<\/a> aux 191 chambres est donc en suspens\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Contact\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/bordeaux\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">actu Bordeaux<\/a>, le promoteur BNP Paribas Real Estate informe qu\u2019il a relanc\u00e9 la commercialisation de l\u2019h\u00f4tel, qui fait partie d\u2019un <strong>vaste projet immobilier mixte<\/strong> m\u00ealant logements r\u00e9sidentiels, bureaux ou encore commerces au sein du quartier Belcier.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour rappel, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a gard\u00e9 la fa\u00e7ade et la structure de l\u2019ancien centre de tri postal, ce qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un gros travail de d\u00e9samiantage et de curage au pr\u00e9alable, puis de d\u00e9molition notamment. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, <strong>l\u2019espace est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 de la restauration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Naos H\u00f4tel Groupe est bien implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Bordeaux<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Concernant Naos H\u00f4tel Groupe, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tait plac\u00e9e en redressement judiciaire depuis la fin 2023 par le tribunal de commerce de Poitiers, avant d\u2019acter sa liquidation judiciaire un an plus tard. Le groupe d\u2019exploitation h\u00f4teli\u00e8re avait <strong>une vingtaine d\u2019h\u00f4tels<\/strong> sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais (Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, Westin), dont une dizaine haut-de-gamme qui sont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessimmo.com\/actualites\/article\/342502389\/le-reseau-dhotels-hilton-et-marriott-du-groupe-naos-est-vendu-a-la-decoupe\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">vendus \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe suite \u00e0 cette d\u00e9cision de justice<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Le groupe \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien implant\u00e9 en Gironde avec l\u2019h\u00f4tel Hilton Garden Inn \u00e0 Bordeaux ou encore l\u2019ouverture en 2023 de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Sheraton, pr\u00e8s de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/aeroport-de-bordeaux\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">l\u2019a\u00e9roport de M\u00e9rignac<\/a>\u00a0(ferm\u00e9 depuis).
