Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre restaurant d\u2019affaires proche des <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/champs-elysees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/a>, \u00e0 Paris, ferm\u00e9 depuis le mois de mai d\u00e9j\u00e0, officiellement pour travaux, ne rouvrira finalement pas. \u00ab\u00a0Les travaux structurels engag\u00e9s en cuisine apr\u00e8s diverses complications ont en effet engendr\u00e9 des d\u00e9lais trop difficiles \u00e0 surmonter dans le contexte actuel\u00a0\u00bb, indique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/gastronomie\/le-restaurant-etoile-parisien-le-chiberta-ferme-definitivement-ses-portes-20250710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Figaro<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Aucune alternative n\u2019est envisag\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Depuis un an, c\u2019\u00e9tait Cl\u00e9ment Leroy,\u00a0 son ancien second, qui \u00e9tait aux fourneaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/guide-michelin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guide Michelin<\/a> qui lui avait maintenu une \u00e9toile, jugeait ainsi l\u2019\u00e9tablissement : \u00ab\u00a0dans une ambiance feutr\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re tamis\u00e9e, ce restaurant du quartier de l\u2019\u00c9toile affiche un minimalisme chic et design propice aux rendez-vous discrets. Tandis que la grande cave \u00e0 vin vitr\u00e9e fait de l\u2019\u0153il aux convives, la cuisine de Cl\u00e9ment Leroy revisite joliment la tradition, tout en restant au c\u0153ur de la saison. Ses assiettes d\u00e9montrent une bonne ma\u00eetrise technique, ainsi que des associations de saveurs pertinentes.
