Et dans certains secteurs, un sentiment de col\u00e8re contre les choix effectu\u00e9s. La rue Henri-Frenay, \u00e0 l\u2019ouest du quartier, a vu son trafic routier \u00ab\u00a0multipli\u00e9 par trois\u00a0\u00bb, selon des riverains exc\u00e9d\u00e9s qui se sont constitu\u00e9s en collectif pour se faire entendre. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est surtout le matin et le soir, aux heures de pointe\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9crit Claire Hoff, l\u2019une des riveraines dont les fen\u00eatres donnent sur la rue. <\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis que la rue des Capucins (la rue perpendiculaire) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en impasse en octobre, les automobilistes d\u2019Eckbolsheim et Lingolsheim sont oblig\u00e9s d\u2019emprunter notre rue pour se rendre au centre-ville de Strasbourg\u00a0\u00bb, compl\u00e8te l\u2019habitante.
