Soit sept rangs de moins que la semaine pass\u00e9e. Le Bordelais, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfplanete.com\/actualites\/matthieu-pavon-se-separe-de-son-entraineur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">qui vient de se s\u00e9parer de son coach, l\u2019Anglais Mark Blackburn<\/a>, \u00e9tait entr\u00e9 dans le top 100 le 19 novembre 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Victorieux le 27 janvier 2024 sur le <strong>PGA Tour<\/strong> au <strong>Farmers Insurance Open<\/strong>, le Fran\u00e7ais avait atteint plus tard \u00e0 deux reprises son meilleur classement, une 20e place, d\u2019abord le 5 mai puis le 16 juin 2024, juste apr\u00e8s avoir fini 5e de l\u2019<strong>U.S. Open<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Pinehurst<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>28e dans ce m\u00eame 3M Open, <strong>Victor Perez<\/strong> se rapproche de Matthieu Pavon puisqu\u2019il pointe en 109e position. On peut juste signaler l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de <strong>Hideki Matsuyama<\/strong> \u00e0 la 12e place devant <strong>Viktor Hovland<\/strong>, qui recule d\u2019un cran.<\/p>\n<p>La tr\u00e8s grosse progression de la semaine est en revanche \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 l\u2019actif de <strong>Kurt Kitayama<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfplanete.com\/actualites\/pga-tour-3m-open-kurt-kitayama-soffre-un-retour-danthologie-et-un-2e-titre-perez-dans-le-top-30\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">vainqueur du 3M Open<\/a>. L\u2019Am\u00e9ricain d\u2019origine japonaise avance ainsi de 58 places pour entrer dans le top 40 (39e).
