L\u2019ing\u00e9nieur italien rejoindra l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Silverstone en tant que directeur technique, mettant un terme \u00e0 une situation rest\u00e9e longtemps bloqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Initialement, Ferrari aurait refus\u00e9 de lib\u00e9rer Cardile avant l\u2019expiration d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9 de douze mois, freinant ainsi son arriv\u00e9e chez le concurrent britannique. Une position qui aurait suscit\u00e9 des tensions, notamment du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Lawrence Stroll, propri\u00e9taire d\u2019Aston Martin, selon les informations relay\u00e9es par Corriere dello Sport.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Andy Cowell, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019\u00e9curie, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9 que Cardile jouerait un r\u00f4le central dans le d\u00e9veloppement des futures monoplaces, en supervisant la conception et la structure techniques en collaboration avec Adrian Newey, r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 comme renfort strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Un processus de m\u00e9diation aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tent\u00e9 pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition, mais celui-ci aurait \u00e9chou\u00e9, poussant les services juridiques des deux \u00e9quipes \u00e0 intervenir pour parvenir \u00e0 un compromis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">L\u2019accord d\u00e9sormais conclu permet \u00e0 Cardile de prendre ses fonctions dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9paration de la prochaine \u00e8re technique en Formule 1, notamment avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sur les unit\u00e9s de puissance pr\u00e9vue pour 2026.
