L\u2019occasion de (re)d\u00e9couvrir ce havre de paix Schilickois, inond\u00e9 par les bonnes vibes estivales, et surtout, par la bi\u00e8re Storig produite dans le m\u00eame b\u00e2timent. Alors, vous venez d\u00e9guster une bibine les doigts de pieds en \u00e9ventail ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a pile un an, le Brasserie Michel Debus faisait les gros titres : dans la nuit du 27 au 28 juillet, un incendie s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 sans faire aucune victime, mais contraignant l\u2019institution schilickoise \u00e0 fermer ses portes pour une dur\u00e9e alors ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2016 par Michel Debus, ancien directeur de la brasserie Fischer et figure phare du monde de la bi\u00e8re, la brasserie de m\u00eame nom se trouve dans la villa Weber.<\/strong> Cette derni\u00e8re abrite \u00e0 la fois le restaurant, et la brasserie Storig qui r\u00e9gale les papilles des client(e)s de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>    <img width=\"584\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/capture-decran-2025-08-08-155654-584x600.png\" class=\"attachment-image-size-M size-image-size-M\" alt=\"Brasserie Michel Debus Schiltigheim (28)\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>         \u00a9 Site web de la Brasserie Michel Debus \/ Captures d&rsquo;\u00e9cran <\/p>\n<p>Un an apr\u00e8s sa fermeture<strong>, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement rouvre ses portes pour notre plus grand plaisir. cro\u00fbte\u2026 Arnaud poursuit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0on a gard\u00e9 nos plats iconiques, comme <strong>les tartes flamb\u00e9es et les viandes cuites au feu de bois,<\/strong> mais aussi
