Une baisse, qui selon Franck Chaumes, directeur de l\u2019Umih restauration, peut m\u00eame atteindre 30% dans certaines r\u00e9gions.\u00a0En juillet, \u00abil manquait de la consommation fran\u00e7aise\u00bb confirme Alain Lahouti, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Umih sur le bassin cannois.
