C\u2019est le groupe italien ATM (Azienda Trasporti Milanesi), propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la municipalit\u00e9 de Milan, qui a remport\u00e9 l\u2019appel d\u2019offres d\u2019\u00cele-de-France Mobilit\u00e9s et qui va g\u00e9rer l\u2019exploitation des bus d\u00e8s le 1er mars 2026. Pr\u00e8s de 2 600 \u00e9quivalents temps pleins vont quitter la RATP pour rejoindre le groupe. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francebleu.fr\/infos\/transports\/mise-en-concurrence-la-ratp-perd-37-lignes-de-bus-en-petite-couronne-2996325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">C\u00e9line Malais\u00e9<\/a>, pr\u00e9sidente de la Gauche Communiste, \u00c9cologiste et Citoyenne au conseil r\u00e9gional d\u2019\u00cele-de-France, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 une \u00ab vente \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe \u00bb, mais cette ouverture \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.irefeurope.org\/publications\/les-pendules-a-lheure\/article\/report-de-deux-ans-de-la-mise-en-concurrence-des-bus-parisiens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">concurrence<\/a> est surtout une opportunit\u00e9 pour les usagers et les contribuables.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, le principe m\u00eame du monopole n\u2019incite pas \u00e0 garantir un service optimal. Manque de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aut-idf.org\/bus-parisiens-une-annee-2024-riche-en-reflexions-en-attendant-les-actions-damelioration-et-la-mise-en-concurrence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">fiabilit\u00e9<\/a> du temps de parcours, mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019information, exp\u00e9rience-client qui laisse \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer\u2026 Les Franciliens en font l\u2019exp\u00e9rience quotidienne. En introduisant davantage de concurrence, on pousse les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 offrir un service plus fiable et efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, ce mod\u00e8le a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves. \u00c0 <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.irefeurope.org\/publications\/les-chiffres-cles\/article\/une-dizaine-de-societes-gerent-le-reseau-des-bus-londoniens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Londres<\/a>, les usagers profitent de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.londonmap360.com\/plan-bus-londres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">673 lignes<\/a> diff\u00e9rentes, y compris la nuit lorsque le m\u00e9tro ne fonctionne pas. La plupart sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es par des entreprises priv\u00e9es. Pour les communistes, la ville est un \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.padam-mobility.com\/blog\/transport-public-au-royaume-uni-la-variante-anglaise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">far-west ultra-lib\u00e9ral<\/a> \u00bb. Pour les usagers, l\u2019ouverture du march\u00e9 leur permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une offre plus abondante. Pendant ce temps, la RATP a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte de quitter le Royaume-Uni en d\u00e9cembre 2024 et de vendre ses trois r\u00e9seaux de bus londoniens qui \u00e9taient en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfmtv.com\/economie\/entreprises\/transports\/la-ratp-quitte-le-royaume-uni-et-vend-ses-bus-londoniens-deficitaires_AD-202412100263.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">d\u00e9ficit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la RATP devra se r\u00e9inventer et c\u2019est tant mieux.
