Clarke (dont deux nouvelles, \u00c0 l&rsquo;aube de l&rsquo;histoire et La Sentinelle, inspirent le long-m\u00e9trage) va donner \u00e0 la science-fiction ses lettres de noblesse, au prix d&rsquo;une rigueur scientifique, d&rsquo;effets sp\u00e9ciaux r\u00e9volutionnaires, d&rsquo;une bande-son gargantuesque. Mais, surtout, d&rsquo;une histoire mythologique, qui parcourt l&rsquo;enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 de l&rsquo;histoire humaine. Dans le premier, l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 s&rsquo;\u00e9veille au son d&rsquo;Ainsi parlait Zarathoustra, titre h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u0153uvre de Friedrich Nietzsche.
