Un seul jour apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture, le bar et restaurant Louison, dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/societe\/58042237418831\/le-quartier-de-noailles-vu-par-ceux-qui-y-vivent-et-y-travaillent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">quartier de Noailles<\/a> (1er arrondissement), est encore en phase de rodage. Devant la petite entr\u00e9e \u00e0 droite de la salle du resto, quelques clients, valises en main, attendent de grimper dans les \u00e9tages de la partie h\u00f4tel, baptis\u00e9e Amista et compos\u00e9e de 24 chambres.<\/p>\n<p>Resto et bistrot<\/p>\n<p>Le lieu, d\u00e9j\u00e0 double, s\u2019appelait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019an dernier l\u2019h\u00f4tel-maison Saint-Louis et le Petit Saint-Louis, du nom du cours auquel il fait face. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 en\u00a02024 puis r\u00e9nov\u00e9 par le petit groupe h\u00f4telier basque Ginto.<\/p>\n<p>Lequel a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de confier la partie restauration de son \u00e9tablissement au Small Group, une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien install\u00e9e dans la gastronomie marseillaise, particuli\u00e8rement sur le cours Saint-Louis, puisqu\u2019elle y poss\u00e8de le restaurant La Mercerie et la boulangerie au levain bio et sandwicherie P\u00e9trin-Couchette.
