Il avait ouvert le Gourmet de S\u00e8ze en 1991, et en avait rapidement fait une table discr\u00e8te mais \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 irr\u00e9prochable, au-del\u00e0 des effets de mode.<\/p>\n<p>Le restaurant a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 repris, et d\u2019ici quelques mois, il s\u2019appellera Sauce Poulette.
