Dan, peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je suis Dan Marjanovic, originaire de la Sunshine Coast dans le Queensland, en Australie. J\u2019ai 25 ans et je joue demi de m\u00eal\u00e9e ou talonneur. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la Serbie sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale et je reste sur une saison victorieuse et invaincue avec les Beerwah Bulldogs sur la Sunshine Coast.<\/p>\n

Comment s\u2019est fait le contact avec Villeneuve ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

J\u2019ai appris que Villeneuve cherchait \u00e0 remplacer son demi de m\u00eal\u00e9e qui venait de rentrer en Australie. Apr\u00e8s avoir discut\u00e9 avec Constant Villegas, l\u2019entra\u00eeneur de Villeneuve, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfait des vid\u00e9os de mes matchs et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me donner l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de repr\u00e9senter les L\u00e9opards et de viser un titre !<\/p>\n

Que penses-tu du niveau du Super XIII ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je pense que le Super XIII est un championnat comp\u00e9titif et d\u2019un tr\u00e8s bon niveau ! Apr\u00e8s avoir regard\u00e9 de nombreux matchs la saison derni\u00e8re, j\u2019ai tout de suite compris qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une comp\u00e9tition solide et en progression constante. En entendant et en voyant tous les recrutements des clubs de Super XIII, il est \u00e9vident que ce championnat sera encore plus fort et plus passionnant cette saison !<\/p>\n

Pourquoi viens-tu en France pour jouer au rugby ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je suis le championnat du Super XIII depuis quelques ann\u00e9es et j\u2019ai toujours voulu me challenger et participer \u00e0 ce haut niveau de comp\u00e9tition. La culture et le mode de vie fran\u00e7ais m\u2019ont toujours int\u00e9ress\u00e9, et quand l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, c\u2019\u00e9tait pour moi l\u2019une des d\u00e9cisions les plus faciles \u00e0 prendre dans ma vie.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont tes ambitions avec ton nouveau club ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mes ambitions avec Villeneuve sont d\u2019apporter beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de confiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe apr\u00e8s l\u2019excellente saison qu\u2019elle vient de r\u00e9aliser ! Les L\u00e9opards ont accompli un travail remarquable et ont pos\u00e9 les bases pour aller chercher un titre, et j\u2019esp\u00e8re pouvoir aider l\u2019\u00e9quipe, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre, \u00e0 soulever ce troph\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de la saison. Je suis tr\u00e8s confiant quant \u00e0 nos chances de r\u00e9ussir et j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de travailler dur chaque semaine avec mes nouveaux co\u00e9quipiers !<\/p>\n

Dan, can you introduce yourself?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m Dan Marjanovic from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. I am 25 years old and play Halfback & Hooker. I have previously represented Serbia on the international stage and am coming off an undefeated title win with the Beerwah Bulldogs on the Sunshine Coast.<\/p>\n

How did the contact with Villeneuve happen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was made aware that Villeneuve were looking for a replacement for their halfback who had just returned back to Australia. After talking with Constant Villegas the coach of Villeneuve he was happy with what he saw on the footage of me playing and decided to give me the opportunity to represent the leopards and chase a premiership !<\/p>\n

What do you think of the level in Super XIII?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think Super XIII is a competitive and strong level of rugby league! After watching many games last season I knew straight away it was a strong competition and that it is only getting better. Hearing and seeing all of the super xiii clubs signings, makes it more obvious how much stronger and more exciting this competition is going to be for this upcoming season !<\/p>\n

Why did you come to France to play rugby?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have been following the Super XIII competition for a couple years now and have always wanted to challenge myself and take part in this highly competitive standard of rugby league. The French culture and lifestyle has always been an interest of mine, and when the opportunity arose it was one of the easiest decision for me to make in life.<\/p>\n

What are your ambitions with your new club?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My ambitions with Villeneuve is to bring a lot of energy and confidence into the team after the outstanding season they just had! The Leopards from last season have done a brilliant job and worked hard to lay the foundation of bringing home a premiership and hopefully I can help the team in any way possible to be lifting that trophy up at the end of the season.
