Un troisi\u00e8me restaurant vient d\u2019y ouvrir, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisine japonaise. Shiki, c\u2019est son nom, promet une <strong>\u00ab\u00a0exp\u00e9rience immersive autour de l\u2019art du sushi, dans un format intimiste inspir\u00e9 des comptoirs japonais\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Aux fourneaux, le directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Abbaye a fait venir le\u00a0chef Yoshiro Masunaga, originaire de Tokyo. Form\u00e9 d\u00e8s son adolescence dans le quartier de Ginza, haut lieu de la gastronomie nippone, il a exerc\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de grands ma\u00eetres sushis.
