Si la carte de cocktails \u00e9volue au fil de l\u2019eau, le Back to the 90\u2019s permet de faire un bond dans le pass\u00e9\u2026 toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La recette<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malibu, cura\u00e7ao bleu, jus d\u2019ananas, citron vert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les raisons du succ\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce cocktail se distingue par sa couleur, \u201cqui l\u2019invite \u00e0 le d\u00e9couvrir tout de suite\u201d, illustre Andy Branaan, manager. \u201cLes gens appr\u00e9cient les cocktails sucr\u00e9s, et les ingr\u00e9dients parlent au plus grand nombre. Curieusement, beaucoup de jeunes en commandent !\u201d M\u00eame si le pub est ouvert toute la journ\u00e9e, la plupart des ventes s\u2019effectuent en soir\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p><strong>La d\u00e9gustation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une robe bleu glacial introduit le cocktail. Un zeste de citron vert est dispos\u00e9 en garnish. Au nez, le cura\u00e7ao prend l\u2019ascendant. En bouche, le drink est moelleux, vanill\u00e9 curieusement, et plus long \u00e0 boire qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet. La glace pil\u00e9e renforce le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u201cgla\u00e7on\u201d qui se d\u00e9gage. L\u2019ensemble est assez rond, avant une pointe d\u2019ananas en finale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019info en plus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des cocktails fruit\u00e9s sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la carte, tels que le Peach Mar\u2019Tea\u2019Ni (Absolut vodka, cr\u00e8me de p\u00eache, ice tea, sirop de p\u00eache) ou bien le Ken (Rhum Bacardi Carta Blanca, triple sec, jus de cranberry, pomme, citron vert).<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 place de la Bastille, 75012 Paris<\/strong><br \/>L\u2019abus d\u2019alcool est dangereux pour la sant\u00e9.
