Des mousses artisanales \u00e0 foison, de la street food de qualit\u00e9, des plats travaill\u00e9s, et m\u00eame un brunch le dimanche : l\u2019\u00e9quipe de L\u2019\u00c9tabli signe ici une nouvelle adresse \u00e0 la proposition all\u00e9chante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On dit bon vent \u00e0 Peau de Vache, et on accueille dans nos rangs <strong>La Base, un nouvel \u00e9tablissement qui deviendra peut-\u00eatre votre prochain repaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e, ici, c\u2019est de <strong>proposer des bi\u00e8res craft de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, de conception maison ou issues de brasseries de la r\u00e9gion (ou fran\u00e7aises), mais aussi de<strong> pr\u00e9senter une offre de restauration travaill\u00e9e<\/strong>, le tout 7 jours sur 7.<\/p>\n<p> L\u2019\u00c9tabli en 2018, Pol et Nathan ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de<strong> s\u2019associer pour ouvrir une affaire \u00e0 deux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ils ont alors imagin\u00e9 <strong>une adresse tout en simplicit\u00e9<\/strong> qui met <strong>les produits, et ceux qui les fabriquent<\/strong>, au centre de la table,<strong> le tout dans une ambiance de bar qui rapproche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> d\u00e9co bois\u00e9e minimaliste, <strong>des plantes partout et un grand comptoir central qui envoie de la craft bien fra\u00eeche<\/strong>, il n\u2019en fallait pas plus pour accueillir les assoiff\u00e9(e)s.<\/p>\n<p>Ici, vous l\u2019avez compris, <strong>la bi\u00e8re artisanale est l\u2019un des piliers qui tient la baraque<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9quipe propose par exemple des <strong>mousses issues de brasseries r\u00e9put\u00e9es<\/strong>, comme La Fondation, Plan B, Brique House ou encore Piggy Brewing. On retrouve <strong>une formule avec des buns garnis<\/strong> (viande, poisson ou v\u00e9g\u00e9) + un encas sucr\u00e9 (p\u00e2tisserie ou muesli) + th\u00e9 et caf\u00e9 \u00e0 22 \u20ac et <strong>une autre formule avec des pancakes en plus pour 28 \u20ac<\/strong>.
