L\u2019occasion pour la ministre des Transports Heidi Alexander de \u00abdire adieu \u00e0 30 ans d\u2019inefficacit\u00e9, de gaspillage\u00bb, et pour le premier ministre Keir Starmer de promettre \u00abde meilleurs services, une billetterie plus simple et des trains plus confortables\u00bb. En juillet, la compagnie est-londonienne c2c lui a embo\u00eet\u00e9 le pas. Suivra notamment Greater Anglia \u00e0 l\u2019automne, qui dessert l\u2019est de l\u2019Angleterre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Promesse de campagne du parti travailliste, le Passenger Railway Services Act est une r\u00e9ponse implacable \u00e0 un constat partag\u00e9 par une bonne partie des Britanniques\u00a0: l\u2019ouverture \u00e0 la concurrence a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9chec, et le rail un \u00absymbole du d\u00e9clin national\u00bb.
