En Suisse, les recommandations officielles fixent les besoins \u00e0 0,8 gramme par kilo de poids corporel par jour pour un adulte.<\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines se trouvent naturellement dans les aliments d&rsquo;origine animale (viande, poissons, \u0153ufs, produits laitiers) et v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (l\u00e9gumineuses, noix, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales). \u00ab\u00a0Une personne en bonne sant\u00e9 qui mange de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e ne devrait pas avoir besoin de ces produits enrichis en prot\u00e9ines\u00a0\u00bb, explique la sp\u00e9cialiste.<\/p>\n<p>Migros et Coop observent une \u00ab\u00a0croissance continue\u00a0\u00bb sur ce segment. Cette tendance s&rsquo;explique par l&rsquo;influence du fitness et une image \u00ab\u00a0noble\u00a0\u00bb des prot\u00e9ines, contrairement aux glucides et lipides souvent diabolis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"rts-quote quote\">\n<p class=\"q-text\">Le probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas tant la quantit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines que les sources.
