L\u2019entente, paraph\u00e9e par John Humphrey, commissaire britannique au commerce pour l\u2019Afrique, et Cassiel Ato Forson, ministre ghan\u00e9en des Finances, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du processus men\u00e9 avec le Club de Paris et le G20.
