Situ\u00e9e rue de la Courtine, cette institution strasbourgeoise revient sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne avec une id\u00e9e simple : un retour aux origines. Une cuisine fran\u00e7aise travaill\u00e9e et authentique, un service de qualit\u00e9, le tout dans un petit resto chaleureux. Une <strong>pression suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong> pour l\u2019ancien bras droit d\u2019Antoine ? Oh que oui.<\/p>\n<p>    <img width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/le-bistrot-dantoine-authentique-colombage-viandes-img-2535-800x600.jpeg\" class=\"attachment-image-size-L size-image-size-L\" alt=\"Le Bistrot d\u2019antoine authentique colombage viandes IMG_2535\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>         \u00a9 Bastien Pietronave \/ Pokaa <\/p>\n<p>Un resto unique en son genre \u00e0 Strasbourg et qui a travers\u00e9 le temps<\/p>\n<p>Le Bistrot d\u2019Antoine fait partie de<strong> ces \u00e9tablissements qui ont une \u00e2me, une identit\u00e9<\/strong>, et elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par un architecte ou par une agence de communication.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui a fait le succ\u00e8s de ce lieu, c\u2019est <strong>son cachet, son petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 confidentiel,<\/strong> sa carte bien s\u00fbr, mais surtout <strong>ce petit suppl\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e2me<\/strong> que beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9tablissements lui envient.<\/p>\n<p>De l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, c\u2019est vrai que le resto ne paye pas de mine. Encore une fois, <strong>pourvu que \u00e7a dure !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les petits et gros + <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le Bistrot d\u2019Antoine est vraiment un lieu particulier dans lequel on aime se rendre, s\u2019ouvrir une quille et laisser filer le temps.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Le midi, un menu entr\u00e9e + plat + dessert est propos\u00e9 pour 25 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le soir (week-end compris), le menu Bistrot (entr\u00e9e + plat + dessert) est \u00e0 35 \u20ac.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le service est vraiment de tr\u00e8s belle qualit\u00e9, amical mais pas trop, attentif et tr\u00e8s pro.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Une touche d\u2019exotisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la carte avec des entr\u00e9es comme le gravlax de thon ou le bar marin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On aime vraiment le mobilier, la d\u00e9co et la disposition de la salle. On nous a annonc\u00e9 que tout \u00e7a allait changer, on esp\u00e8re que tout ne sera pas chamboul\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Les sauces, la pur\u00e9e, les madeleines \u00e0 tomber, certains d\u00e9tails ne sont pas des d\u00e9tails, et ils vous rappelleront des souvenirs.<\/li>\n<li>Bient\u00f4t, le restaurant se dotera d\u2019un(e) sommelier\/\u00e8re et sera ouvert 7 jours sur
